BAM! Just like that...no more credit card debt. ZERO! Over $37,000 gone in 3 months!
My money issues are being healed and I'm so much more calm around money. I don't feel this anxiety like, "I'm not good enough because I don't have millions of dollars." I'm working towards something I believe is a slow process, yet I'm working and that just feels really good. This group has been like a sanctuary. It grounds me. I paid off my credit card. I still have a student loan and that's what I'm working on now.
Before joining this program, I had tried to get out of debt and pay off my credit cards. I found Dave Ramsey and his whole thought process behind being debt free. And I had been trying that for over a year at the point that I met you and learned about your program. I've paid off multiple credit cards, some more than once, but this is the first time that I now have multiple cards that have stayed at a zero balance for extended periods of time. I see how much I've grown in terms of how I think about how I use my credit.
I've been wanting to get control of my finances for a long time but there has not been a container that I have felt comfortable and safe to show up as ME. Fran has offered something that I've never seen in any other place. It's a place where I can show up authentically, with the way that I see the world, and it offers me ways to move to the next level financially, while helping me to manage my mind. I'd love for anyone who's in the same position to join us too. We love Spenders.
I do a Life Wheel every year on January 1st, to see where I am in my life with my physical space, spirituality, income, and finances. My finances have always been like a zero to one. And from this class, I jumped to an 8 or 9.
If you have lost track, if you feel lost, or if it seems like this might be too big/too much for you, just do it. Even if you have to work on it for 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there, do it without pressure. In the end, the result will be the same. You will feel like The Commander of Your Money. And trust me, the feeling is more than awesome.
I'm an introvert, and I don't like to speak up in groups. I don't usually raise my hand or admit to shameful things like spending or debt. But in this group I feel safe. There are a lot of people like me. And I needed that. I'm so grateful for the relationships that are here.
Thank you Fran for everything you do. This whole program is amazing because you go deeper than teaching financial strategies and techniques. You've designed a system that feeds my mind, body, and soul. Your content is rich, insightful, inspiring, and motivating. I should have joined a long time ago, but I'm so glad I'm here now.
YOU ARE CHANGING MY LIFE!
For me, money always felt like an "adult's game". I thought that money was for "grown ups". And even though I was a grown up, I wasn't really grown up, because I was always afraid of money. I wasn't looking at the mail or answering the phone. When I joined the program it was like I was trusting you to take me over this wobbly bridge. And before I knew it, I was hitting milestones. I paid off the car and I was like, wait, what? And I feel like a boss. We are working on paying off the house now.
We paid off our house. If it wasn't for this group and staying focused, I'd probably be living with one of you guys now LOL. I also finally got all of my husband's IRAs and 401Ks rolled over to one management company with mine.
I appreciate the guidance you have added to my financial life. You have no idea! Changing my mindset was everything!
